If we cannot be of assistance we will let you know immediately and will help point you in the right direction. If you need us to work with you through the night we are happy to help. In addition, we prefer to provide services on a flexible as needed basis, if you don’t need our assistance full-time we prefer to take that opportunity to help other clients rather than require you to purchase the “down-time”.
